At Beauty by LaTasha, I go out of our way to make sure my clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter to the moment they leave. LATE CANCELLATIONS
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. I get it. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a 40%Â cancellation fee applies and will be charged to your card on file.
RUNNING LATE?
If you show up late to your appointment (without letting me know), I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since I don’t want to keep any other clients waiting unnecessarily. I can usually accommodate a 15 minute window of tardiness however anything beyond that may require us to reschedule and will count as a late cancellation. Late cancellations incur a 40% charge to the card on file.
SERVICE REDO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your extensions, cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges (must be unopened) at full credit for 7Â days from your initial purchase.
